Coordinated cross-functional communication between the executive board and organizational divisions, while managing documentation and administrative workflows for executive activities. Also tracked program progress and supported planning for organizational events and strategic initiatives.
Global Village Summer Peak 2026
Secured 12 strategic partnerships through outreach to 50+ organizations across corporate, government, and community sectors, leading 11 partnership meetings to negotiate collaborations. Coordinated the full process end-to-end, from prospecting to agreement and stakeholder management.
AIESEC in UIN Jakarta, South Tangerang
Contributed to the development and execution of the AIESEC Future Leaders (AFL) program, designing activities and analyzing participant feedback to improve engagement and experience. Achieved a 9.6++ NPS by collaborating cross-functionally to align program goals and strengthen participant acquisition.
PT Sinar Kreatif Digitalia, South Tangerang
Designed clean, user-centered interfaces for 3 digital products — translating client requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma. Applied core UX principles to improve usability and accessibility, iterating designs based on client feedback.
